When we founded Hongda Chemicals Corporation in 1990 we had no idea
that it would evolve into what has become one of the largest privately
held chemical company in China. Through a series of strategic acquisitions,
joint ventures and carefully planned expansion our operating companies
today has grown to become a large integrated group corporation,
which we named Hontar Group Corporation in 2003. We owe our success
in large measure to our employees who work in our company to manufacture
the chemical industry's highest quality products.
Hontar is unique in the chemical industry,in our ownership, in
our management, in the way we use our proceeds to help the less
fortunate. We also are a dynamic company, quick to take advantage
of opportunities for expansion. That will never change.
